Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies www.nebulacraftdesign.com uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
01Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Nebula Craft Design Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on www.nebulacraftdesign.com (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we process personal data more generally.
We use cookies only where required to operate the Site and to understand site performance. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
03How we use cookies
We classify the cookies and similar technologies we use into the following categories:
Strictly necessary
Required for the Site to function, for example, maintaining session security or supporting a form submission. These cannot be switched off in our systems and do not require your consent under PECR.
Performance and analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is the only permitted analytics integration. When enabled on the public site, it measures aggregate website performance and usage through its beacon. A staging build may omit the beacon when the public analytics token is not configured. We do not use analytics for advertising or cross-site behavioural profiling.
Functional
The current website uses no functional cookies or local-storage preferences. If a future release adds an optional feature that stores a preference, this policy will be updated before that release.
Marketing
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies on this Site.
05Consent under PECR
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), websites must obtain consent before storing or accessing non-essential information on a visitor's device. This site does not use marketing cookies. If a future non-essential technology stores information on your device, we will assess whether consent is required before enabling it.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. For all other cookies, we either rely on the visitor activating a feature (such as switching theme) or, where required, we will obtain your consent before setting them.
If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through a clear cookie banner.
06How to manage cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers allow you to:
- See which cookies are stored on your device and delete them individually or all at once.
- Block third-party cookies.
- Block cookies from particular sites.
- Block all cookies.
- Delete all cookies when you close the browser.
Blocking or deleting cookies may affect a provider-backed feature if the site introduces one, but it should not prevent access to the core published content. This guidance will be updated if that changes.
